We aren’t just property managers; we are Hobart locals and UTAS graduates who fell in love with Tasmania and each other. After years of exploring this beautiful island, we decided to share our "slice of Tassie" with travelers from around the world.
What started as a passion for hospitality on Airbnb, where we are proud Superhosts with over 180+ five-star reviews, has evolved into Tassie to Metro.
They have been hosting for several years and are recognised as Airbnb Superhosts, reflecting consistently strong guest feedback, high response rates, and well-maintained properties. Their experience comes from running their own listings day-to-day, handling guest communication, pricing, cleaning coordination, and on-ground issues firsthand.

With a strong focus on short term rental operations, Sam ensures properties are always guest ready. She works closely with cleaners, contractors, and suppliers, while also communicating with owners when needed to address any issues promptly and effectively.
Her hands on approach ensures each property is well presented, carefully maintained, and consistently delivers a smooth and reliable guest experience
